Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions: "Company" refers to Dontel Communications Ltd, and "Products" refer to Solar Lamps, Solar Generators, Solar Streetlights, Electrical Cables, TV Antennas, Solar Powered-fans, Satellite Dishes, and Decoders.

2. Scope: These terms and conditions apply to all sales, deliveries, and services provided by the Company.

3. Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed without the Company's written consent.

4. Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in market conditions, taxes, or other factors.

5. Payment: Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly finance charge.

6. Warranty: The Company warrants its Products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery.

7. Returns: Returns are only accepted with prior written authorization from the Company. A restocking fee of 20% may apply.

8. Liability: The Company's liability for damages or injuries resulting from its Products or services is limited to the purchase price of the Product.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.

10. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and its customers, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings. By purchasing our Products or services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
